Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept cash, PayPal, FB Pay, Cash App, Gpay and personal checks. All payment are paid the same day of service, before or by the end of the cleaning. Some bigger cleans may require a deposit to hold the appt. All of our cleans have a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee. Not happy with the service you received? Call us and we will return within 24 hrs to make it right! Your happiness is our priority!
Policies and Procedures
By accepting services performed by maupin'maids, you agree to the policies below and accept liability for any action to collect payment in the state of Washington. Any disagreement should be discussed and provisions to policies be addressed before services are performed by maupin'maids. Failure to do so many result in additional charges. We reserve the right to change these policies at any time.
Services we don’t do:Unfortunately, we can not accommodate certain services due to equipment and time restrictions. These services include air ducts, hard to reach areas that require a ladder, outside window cleaning and pool or hot tub cleanings. As we still want to help, we can definitely refer you the right person to make sure your needs are met.Requirements:To make our job run smoothly and efficiently, we require guaranteed access to the home, whether it be a spare key or access code to enter on the day of service. If we are unable to enter once we arrive, there is a fee of $50 that will be charged accordingly. If you need to reschedule your cleaning, we require at least 48 hrs notice. The day of services, we require everyone to be outside of the home. This is for liability and safely reasons and this also allows for cleaning to be done efficiently and timely. If you or family members of the residence need to be home, we ask that areas that are being cleaned are vacant so we can focus on said areas and keep the areas clean in case of inspections or mopped floors being freshly mopped or other potential safety concerns. Payments: Our payments are unique to each client, and we strive to make it easy for everyone on your day of services. As most clients are not present at that time, we ask that payment, if by check or cash, be left in a designated area for us to collect when finished. If you are using PayPal, cashapp or Venmo, we require payment immediately after completion. We also understand that sometimes things happen or maybe you forgot to leave the check. In those cases, payment is due by 6pm that same day, to accommodate those instances. For payments not received within 24 hrs of a service, a $50 late payment fee will be charged. Multiple missed payments or returned checks may require pre payment for services.We put our all into maintaining our maid/client relationship and perform full operations on good faith practices. In the event of non payment resulting in legal action for services not paid per agreement, we reserve the right to charge the services performed at the full rate of $65/hr and additional claims for material damages.
